I realise there has been a bit of a hiatus here, it has been so busy that I haven't had time to do all my baking and cooking, I am getting back on to it though.

Here are some delicious beer-batter onion rings I just made for lunch. They may not look pretty but they were awesome!



The batter was just 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, and most of a 300ml bottle of beer. Mix it all together, dunk the rings of onion and fry. (I did a shallow fry).
